Restaurant General Manager YABA by Chef Shaheen Work location: Yaba Arzaz, Al Khawaneej 2, Dubai Salary: AED 12,000–15,000 per month Job type: Full\-time We are looking for an experienced, hands\-on Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at Yaba Arzaz. You will coordinate the service and kitchen leadership teams, maintain a strong guest experience and manage operational performance. Responsibilities * Lead daily restaurant operations and coordinate front\-of\-house and kitchen teams. * Plan staffing, supervise shifts and coach supervisors and team members. * Maintain service quality, guest satisfaction and professional complaint handling. * Monitor sales, labor, stock, waste and operating costs; report performance and improvement actions. * Maintain food safety, cleanliness and consistent operating standards. * Support recruitment, training and clear communication between departments. Requirements * Proven experience managing a busy restaurant and leading service and kitchen teams. * Strong practical knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control and guest service. * Confident leadership, planning, communication and problem\-solving skills. * Comfortable working on the floor and supporting the team during busy service. * Experience with Iraqi or Middle Eastern cuisine is an advantage.
