Residential Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service, strengthen resident relationships, and support residential community operations. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in residential property management, hospitality, or customer relations • Experience supporting residents and managing customer enquiries • Knowledge of residential leasing processes and community operations • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Experience delivering high-quality resident support and relationship management • Ability to coordinate move-in, move-out, and tenancy-related activities • Effective complaint resolution and customer service capability • Strong organizational and documentation management skills • Capable of collaborating with maintenance and operational teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • High attention to detail and service excellence .
