**Job Title:** Resident Engineer **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Industry:** Engineering Consultants **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Job Overview:** We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer to lead our Post\-Contract Construction Supervision Team for a large\-scale building project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, contractual compliance, and adherence to UAE regulations and quality standards. **Eligibility:** · Candidates must have experience working in Engineering consultancy firms. · Candidates must be available in UAE. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the construction supervision team, ensuring smooth project execution. * Oversee post\-contract construction activities, maintaining compliance with timelines, budgets, and specifications. * Act as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring effective communication and coordination. * Ensure strict adherence to contract terms, project specifications, and quality standards. * Supervise site operations, enforcing quality control and regulatory compliance. * Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities. * Lead progress meetings to resolve issues and ensure seamless execution. * Represent the company in high\-level discussions, providing technical and contractual guidance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Excellent written and spoken English * Proven experience in engineering consultancy and large\-scale supervision projects. * In\-depth understanding of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations. * Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills Interested candidates can apply by sending their CVs to Application Question(s): * Are you available in UAE? * Total years of experience? * How many years of experience do you have in a similar role with an engineering consultancy in the UAE?
