Resident Engineer (roads & infra)

Unleash your talent and redefine what s possible. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Resident Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to deliver major infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities. What You'll Be Doing: • Liaise with clients, government authorities, utility providers, and key stakeholders to obtain approvals and resolve project issues. • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, construction, and supervision teams. • Manage project handover, close-out documentation, and defects liability period • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, local regulations, and quality management systems. • Monitor construction progress and implement mitigation measures to maintain project mileston • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle. • Minimum 20+ years of experience managing large-scale roads & infrastructure projects with at least 5 years of Dubai experience . • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. • Proven experience in roads, bridges, utilities projects. • Consultancy experience is required.
