The company has executed more than 1500 compound projects in domain of infrastructure, hydrology, structures and dams, as well as low\-rise and high\-rise buildings (architecture), thanks to our international experts and their expertise.* ***The Opportunity:*** ***Resident Engineer (for Site Supervision Road Project)*** *In order to provide a quality and satisfactory service to our clients, we are looking for experts that apart from having excellent knowledge and experience in their field, also possess personal traits such as flexibility in their work environment, team work attribute as well as leadership spirit.* *For a number of projects that will commence in the following months, Renardet S.A. \& Partners is looking to hire on a call of contract basis.* * + ***REQUIRED SKILLS*** ***Job Description:*** - *Proven leadership, decision\-making, and team management skills are necessary for supervising a multidisciplinary team of engineers, geologists, and inspectors.* - *Overseeing all construction activities for dam components, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, and safety standards.* - *Provides technical guidance, resolve site specific problems, and review work plans, method statements, and materials submissions.* - *Manage a team of engineers and staff, coordinate with the contractors, and ensure work is completed efficiently.* - *Monitors project progress, assess risks, prepare a detailed progress reports, and review contractual issues like claims and variations.* - *acts as main point of contact with the Client, contractors, and regulatory bodies.* - *ensuring construction activities adhere to the project's budget and timeline.****Requirements:*** - *Bachelor’s degree in science in Civil Engineering;* - *Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction supervision of roads and bridges.* - *Out of these 15 years, at least 8 years shall have been served in the capacity of Resident Engineer.* - *Must have at least 5 years experience in the middle east.* - *Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).**Your CV in English language shall be sent exclusively electronically.* *The shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the selection process* * + ***COUNTRY*** *Sultanate of Oman* * + ***PROJECT*** *Construction Supervision of Dualization of Al Nuzha Street* * + ***REFERENCE NUMBER*** *2026\-001* Apply Now
