Reservations Agent

Date of joining: 17/08/2026 The Role: Report to the Reservations Manager, supporting the reservation process efficiently. Handle internal and external booking inquiries, ensuring all reservations are efficiently processed. Provide professional and timely responses to guest emails and phone inquiries. Maintain and update the guest database, ensuring accurate information is recorded. Promote Tattu s offerings, keeping guests informed about upcoming events and experiences. Maintain close coordination with the service team, ensuring all guest requests are met. Assist in analyzing reservation data, helping the team optimize bookings and availability.
