Reservation & Revenue Manager

A **Reservation \& Revenue Manager** in the hospitality industry is responsible for maximizing hotel room revenue while ensuring the reservations department operates efficiently. This role combines revenue management, pricing strategy, forecasting, and reservations operations. **Typical job responsibilities:** * Manage the hotel's reservations team and daily booking operations. * Develop pricing and inventory strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. * Analyze booking trends, market demand, and competitor pricing. * Forecast occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room). * Manage room inventory across direct and online distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, hotel website). * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for management. * Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Marketing departments. * Ensure reservation policies and procedures are followed. * Train and supervise reservations staff. * Resolve reservation\-related guest issues professionally. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼٧٠٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
