Job description
**Job Title: Rental Agent – Sales Department**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist customers with vehicle reservations, rentals, extensions, and returns.
* Prepare rental agreements and process transactions using the ERP system.
* Promote rental services and achieve sales targets.
* Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure vehicle availability.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
* Maintain accurate rental records and documentation.
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in the vehicle rental industry is mandatory.
* Proficient in Arabic and English.
* Good computer skills; ERP system experience is an advantage.
* Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
