**Relationship Officer – Direct Sales** Location: Muscat International Airport, Oman Employment Type: Full\-Time \| Shift\-Based We're Looking For A target\-driven, customer\-focused professional with a passion for sales and relationship management, capable of representing the bank professionally in a dynamic airport environment. Key Responsibilities: \- Promote and sell retail banking products, including accounts, cards, and personal loans. \- Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets. \- Assist customers with account opening and product applications. \- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and bank policies. \- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service. \- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer requests. Requirements: \- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or a related field. \- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (banking direct sales experience preferred). \- Fluency in English and Arabic. \- Strong communication and customer service skills. \- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
