Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) **Location:** Smart Care Poly Clinic – Doha Centre, Deira, Dubai **Employment Type:** Full\-Time About the Role Smart Care Poly Clinic is looking for a **dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse** to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have good clinical nursing skills along with practical experience in **Dental Nursing and Obstetrics \& Gynecology**. The nurse will work closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure high\-quality patient care, proper infection control, accurate documentation and smooth day\-to\-day clinical operations. Key Responsibilities * Provide professional, compassionate and patient\-focused nursing care in accordance with clinic policies and DHA standards. * Assist doctors during patient consultations, examinations, minor procedures and treatments. * Perform routine nursing procedures including **vital signs, injections, IV medications/fluids where permitted, wound dressing, specimen collection and patient preparation**. * Assist in preparing patients for consultations, procedures and treatments and provide appropriate post\-procedure care. * Maintain accurate and timely **nursing notes, patient records and EMR documentation**. Dental Nursing Responsibilities * Assist the dentist during dental consultations, procedures and treatments. * Provide effective **chairside assistance** and ensure all required instruments and materials are prepared before procedures. * Prepare, clean, disinfect and sterilize dental instruments according to infection\-control protocols. * Assist with patient preparation and provide appropriate instructions before and after dental procedures. * Ensure dental treatment rooms are properly prepared, organized and maintained. * Monitor availability of dental consumables, instruments and other clinical supplies. * Follow strict infection prevention and control procedures within the dental area. Obstetrics \& Gynecology Responsibilities * Assist gynecologists during consultations, examinations and minor procedures. * Prepare patients and procedure rooms for **OB\-GYN consultations and procedures**. * Assist with specimen collection and other clinical requirements as instructed by the physician. * Provide appropriate patient support, privacy and comfort during gynecology procedures. * Assist with post\-procedure monitoring and provide patients with instructions as directed by the doctor. * Maintain accurate documentation related to gynecology consultations and procedures. General Clinical Responsibilities * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within the scope of practice. * Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition to the treating physician. * Maintain high standards of **infection prevention, sterilization and patient safety**. * Ensure treatment and procedure rooms are clean, organized and adequately stocked. * Check medical equipment and report any malfunction or maintenance requirement. * Follow proper procedures for handling clinical waste and sharps. * Assist in emergency situations and provide appropriate initial nursing support. * Maintain patient confidentiality and protect patient information at all times. * Coordinate professionally with doctors, reception and other clinic departments. * Provide a welcoming and respectful experience to patients and their attendants. * Participate in maintaining a safe, organized and efficient clinical environment. Candidate Profile * Registered Nurse with a valid **DHA License/Eligibility**. * Previous clinical experience in a polyclinic, hospital or outpatient setting. * Good practical exposure to **Dental Nursing and OB\-GYN/Gynecology**. * Strong understanding of infection control and clinical safety procedures. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable working with multiple specialties and supporting different doctors. * Good knowledge of EMR and clinical documentation. * Professional attitude, reliability and a patient\-centered approach. * Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. **If you are an experienced Registered Nurse with strong dental and gynecology exposure and are looking to join a growing multidisciplinary clinic in Dubai, we would be happy to hear from you.** Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED4,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have a valid and active DHA Registered Nurse (RN) License/Eligibility in Dubai? * Do you currently have your own or spouse valid UAE residence visa? * Do you have previous experience in (OB\-GYN/Gynaecology) Dental and Dermatology ? * Do you have minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in UAE?
