Role Overview We are seeking a visionary **Regional Development Director** to spearhead our expansion initiatives in Oman and the wider GCC region. The successful candidate will lead strategic projects, build partnerships, and ensure that Equinox International continues to thrive as a trusted partner in regional development. Key Responsibilities * **Strategic growth**: Define and implement regional development strategies aligned with corporate goals. * **Partnership building**: Establish and nurture relationships with government agencies, industry leaders, and investors. * **Market expansion**: Identify opportunities for growth in Oman and neighboring markets. * **Project oversight**: Lead cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-impact development projects. * **Policy alignment**: Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with national development goals. * **Performance monitoring**: Track KPIs and report on progress to senior leadership. Qualifications * Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * 12\+ years of experience in regional development, corporate strategy, or business consulting. * Proven track record of leading large\-scale development initiatives in Oman or the GCC. * Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Deep understanding of Oman’s economic landscape and regional market dynamics. * Ability to drive innovation and sustainability in development projects.
