Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities * Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. * Post vacancies on job portals and social media platforms. * Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, NaukriGulf, and other recruitment channels. * Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. * Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. * Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents. * Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE. * Strong sourcing and interviewing skills. * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
