Recruiter

**Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities for construction\-related positions. * Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels. * Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews. * Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. * Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and recruitment databases. * Handle candidate communication and follow up throughout the recruitment process. * Support recruitment for both technical and non\-technical construction positions. * Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per project requirements. * Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records. * Coordinate document collection and pre\-employment requirements. **Requirements** * **Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the Qatar construction sector.** * **Arabic Speaker – Mandatory.** * Strong knowledge of the Qatar recruitment market and local candidate pool. * Experience recruiting construction professionals, technical staff, and skilled workers. * Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines. * Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
