Recruiter & HR Operations Specialist

**Job Purpose** To manage the **end\-to\-end recruitment process** as the primary responsibility, while also supporting **basic HR operations** to ensure smooth day\-to\-day HR activities. **Key Responsibilities** Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus) * Manage full recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding) * Understand hiring requirements from departments * Post job ads on job portals and social platforms * Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates * Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds * Maintain candidate pipeline and database * Ensure timely hiring to avoid operational gaps * Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates * Coordinate joining and onboarding process HR Operations (Secondary Support) * Assist in employee onboarding and documentation * Maintain employee records and HR files * Support attendance and leave tracking * Assist in HR reports and basic data management * Coordinate with PRO / Admin for visa and documentation (if applicable) * Support employee queries when required **Key Skills \& Competencies** * Strong recruitment and sourcing skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Basic knowledge of HR operations * Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines * Problem\-solving and follow\-up skills * Good organizational and documentation skills **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field * 2–5 years of experience in HR (major focus on recruitment) * Experience in GCC / Oman is Apply at **** Job Type: Permanent Work Location: In person
