The main duties and responsibilities for this role are: * Manage the day\-to\-day operations of sports and leisure facilities, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well\-maintained. * Supervise and schedule staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to policies and procedures. * Ensure excellent customer service is provided, addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively. * Plan, organize, and oversee a variety of sports and recreational activities and events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the needs of participants. * Monitor activities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, conducting regular safety checks and risk assessments. * Ensure all sports and recreational equipment is properly maintained, inventoried, and stored. * Assist in the development and management of budgets for sports and leisure activities, ensuring efficient use of resources. * Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sports and leisure programs and events to maximize participation. * Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve programs and services, implementing changes as necessary. **About You:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * A Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management or any other relevant field. * A minimum of 3\-2 years' work experience for a luxury hotel or any other relevant field. * A Middle East experience. **About the Benefits:** We offer an attractive tax\-free salary, paid in Bahraini Dinar (BHD), the local currency of Bahrain.
