Job title **Receptionist** Work Location **Jeddah** Division/Department **Sales** Direct Report to **Sales Manager** **High\-level Job Purpose Statement** to greet customers with appointments on our sales drive. The receptionist will obtain appropriate information from the customer and vehicle and bring it to the sales consultant in an efficient and courteous manner in order to expedite "wait times" for customers with appointments **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Greetings to all customers entering the sales area with a professional attitude, answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person or location. * Welcome the client when he arrives in the sales Area. * Determine the nature of the client’s visit. Escort the customers to the appropriate department/area. * Provide information to appropriate showroom personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the customers. * Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary. * Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas. * Other duties may be required. **Minimum Requirements for the Role** **Qualifications** High school or higher Qualifications. **Experience** 0\-2 Years of Experience. Preferably in a similar role. **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** Communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and cases.
