In a luxury café environment, this role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, managing guest flow, coordinating reservations, and supporting overall guest satisfaction. The hostess represents the brand’s image and plays a key role in creating a refined and memorable atmosphere. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Welcome and greet guests warmly, creating an exceptional, luxury first impression. * Manage reservations, walk\-ins, and seating rotations to ensure a smooth, efficient guest flow. * Escort guests to tables and seamlessly communicate special requests or dietary needs to the service team. * Coordinate closely with waitstaff and management to ensure timely service and monitor guest wait times with courteous updates. * Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries politely using strong product knowledge and high\-end etiquette. * Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary. * Assist with café operations during opening/closing procedures, special events, and promotional activities. * Keep the entrance area pristine and visually appealing while maintaining flawless personal grooming standards. **Basic Requirements:** * Prior hospitality experience in a luxury café, hotel, or fine dining setting preferred, but not required (or a strong natural aptitude for luxury service). * Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus), a polished appearance, and working knowledge of reservation/POS systems.
