**Receptionist cum Sales Consultant** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Company:** MIS Consultants **Employment:** Full\-Time MIS Consultants is looking for a professional and customer\-focused **Receptionist cum Sales Consultant** to manage front\-desk activities while also handling client enquiries, follow\-ups and sales conversions. **Key Responsibilities** * Welcome and assist clients visiting the office. * Handle calls, WhatsApp messages and incoming enquiries. * Schedule client consultations and maintain appointment records. * Understand client requirements and explain our immigration/visa services. * Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified enquiries into registrations. * Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams. * Maintain accurate lead and follow\-up records. * Work towards monthly sales targets. **Requirements** * 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, telesales or sales. * Good English communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional, confident and customer\-friendly personality. * Comfortable handling sales enquiries and follow\-ups. * Basic computer, email and WhatsApp skills. * Immigration, education, travel or service\-industry experience is an advantage. * Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred. **Salary:** Based on experience \+ sales incentives **Joining:** Immediate/short notice preferred.
