Receptionist

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. • Verify guest eligibility and process lounge access using airline systems, membership cards, boarding passes, or vouchers. • Check in guests accurately and maintain proper records of lounge usage. • Provide information about lounge facilities, services, flight updates, and boarding procedures. • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary. • Coordinate with airline representatives and lounge operations teams to ensure smooth guest service. • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. • Monitor lounge capacity and manage guest entry in accordance with operational guidelines. • Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing daily reports and maintaining guest records. • Process payments for paid lounge access where applicable and reconcile transactions accurately. • Comply with airport security regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards. • Support other lounge operations as required to ensure excellent guest experience. • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in office administration or related fields is preferred. • 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, showcasing your proficiency in managing a busy reception area. • Experience in a corporate or customer service environment, demonstrating your ability to handle diverse client interactions with professionalism. • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
