Reception

Key Responsibilities * Welcome and warmly greet all clients upon arrival. * Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations and rescheduling. * Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and social media enquiries professionally and promptly. * Explain salon services, prices, promotions and available packages to clients. * Coordinate appointments between clients and beauty specialists. * Maintain an organized reception area and ensure a high standard of presentation. * Handle payments, POS transactions and daily cash reconciliation. * Follow up with clients regarding appointments and encourage future bookings. * Maintain accurate client records and booking information. * Support the salon team with daily administrative and operational tasks. * Assist with upselling suitable treatments, packages and retail products. * Handle client requests and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience. * Maintain excellent communication with all salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements * Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, Guest Relations or Customer Service representative is preferred. * Experience in a beauty salon, spa, hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluent or strong English communication skills. * Arabic or Russian language is an advantage. * Confident using WhatsApp, social media and basic computer/POS systems. * Well\-organized, responsible and detail\-oriented. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong customer\-service and sales skills. * Must be reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a team.
