**Reception Admin** **Bahrain based on a luxury hotel** **Excellent salary and conditions** Asia's most awarded aesthetic spa \- is looking for an experienced Reception and Administrator for their aesthetic and wellness spa in Bahrain. The clinic offers high end facial, wellness and beauty treatments. We are looking for proactive, enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist who have excellent sales and communication to explain treatments and provide a superior professional experience in service, with a minimum demonstrable experience of more than 2 years in a similar position. A good multitasker who can do many different tasks given. You will be a core part of the unique Cocoon experience \- including personalise client experience, warm and inviting communication and a problem solver. Role Responsibilities: \- Answer all enquiries – Whatsapp, telephone, email, social media etc. \- Meets and greets clients warmly and is detailed in following our service process \- Have a strong knowledge of the menu and prices completely and give accurate information to all enquiries \- Upsell of our treatments and services, to the clients requirements and budget \- Manage the scheduling of appointments accurately \- Send reminder and thank you emails or messages for every client \- Promotes and sells retail products \- Maintain the register and inventory of all products \- Cash handling and recording \- POS check out and completing records daily at the end of the day \- Accurately keep petty cash records and manage cash in and out \- Maintain register of all the government and legal document Requirements include: \- Qualified relevant skills qualifications \- Work visa in Bahrain \- Attention to detail \- Multitasking and ability to be calm and respond professionally while under pressure \- Passion towards guest service \- Flexible schedule, days and hours \- Self motivated and goal driven \- Warm, friendly personality with clear communication in English and Arabic (mandatory) \- very high personal grooming and presentation This role is based in Bahrain for minimum 2 year contract.
