Real Estate Team Leader | Russian Speakers Only | Must Be Based in the UAE

We are looking for an experienced real estate professional to act as a senior mentor and principal in\-house expert for a team of established agents. This is not a transaction coordinator role — we need a strong practising broker with deep knowledge of the Dubai market, the full transaction cycle, internal agency processes and contractual documentation. Responsibilities * Guide agents through complex deals and non\-standard situations * Prepare Forms A, B and F in the Dubai Brokers system (DLD/RERA), as well as Reservation Forms, NOCs and agency agreements * Advise the team on the agency's internal processes and procedures * Coordinate agents' interaction with the legal, administrative and finance departments * Deliver sales training sessions and structured deal reviews * Act as a professional anchor for the team by providing practical guidance and supporting sound decision\-making in non\-standard cases Requirements * 2–3\+ years of experience in the UAE real estate market, primarily in Dubai * English at C1 level or above, with fluent written and spoken communication * Proven personal sales track record and experience closing complex transactions * Solid understanding of the legal specifics of primary and secondary market transactions in Dubai * Strong command of the full transaction cycle, from negotiating terms and preparing documents through to final closing * Ability to analyse complex deal situations and develop practical solutions together with the legal and operations teams * Experience training agents in sales techniques, negotiation and complex deal handling * Strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills **We offer** * Competitive fixed salary \+ KPI\-based bonus * Full employment contract and UAE employment visa * Medical insurance * 5/2 work schedule * Modern office in Dubai Pay: AED9,000\.00 \- AED12,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
