Real Estate Operations Manager

**Role Overview** GR Estates is seeking an organized and proactive Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee property management processes, lease administration, and internal business workflows across our real estate portfolio. You will streamline administrative operations, manage vendor/tenant relationships, and coordinate cross\-functional teams to ensure property portfolios run efficiently and reach financial targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee day\-to\-day operations for residential, commercial, or land development property portfolios. * Manage lease agreements, tenant onboarding, rent collection processes, and lease renewal pipelines. * Coordinate property maintenance, facility management schedules, and vendor contracts to preserve asset quality and limit operational downtime. * Streamline property management software usage, tracking operational KPIs, occupancy rates, and maintenance expenses. * Ensure all property operations comply with local real estate laws, zoning codes, and safety/building regulations. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to support tenant acquisition, budget management, and financial reporting. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate operations, property management, or real estate asset coordination. * Strong familiarity with real estate management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage) and CRM systems. * Solid understanding of lease contracts, property maintenance frameworks, and local real estate regulations. * Outstanding organizational, tenant negotiation, and cross\-functional management skills. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٥٬٨٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
