Real Estate Business Development / Lead Generation – Commission Based

Beauty Homes Real Estate is looking for a motivated and computer\-literate individual to join our team on a **commission based basis**. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate real estate opportunities through proactive outreach, including calling property owners, landlords, potential clients, and existing contacts from our database. **Key Responsibilities:** * Make a high volume of outbound calls to property owners and potential clients. * Contact landlords to identify available properties for rent and sale. * Follow up with existing leads and database contacts. * Update and maintain property and client information in Excel/CRM systems. * Generate leads for property rentals, sales, and property management. * Communicate professionally with clients and property owners. * Assist in building Beauty Homes' property inventory and client database. **Requirements:** * Good communication skills. * Comfortable making frequent outbound calls. * Basic computer skills and ability to work with Excel. * Self\-motivated and target\-driven. * Real estate experience is an advantage but not essential. * Ability to work independently and consistently follow up with leads. **Compensation:** This is a **commission based opportunity**. Earnings are based on successful transactions and deals generated. There is **no fixed monthly salary** for this position. This opportunity is suitable for someone who is motivated by performance\-based earnings and wants to build experience in the UAE real estate industry.
