Real Estate Agent (Arabic Speaker)

• Manage rental property inquiries and convert leads into successful transactions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants. • Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental agreements. • Create, update, and manage listings. • Coordinate with landlords to secure exclusive rental listings. • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. • Prepare tenancy contracts and required documentation. • Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly. • Achieve monthly rental targets while delivering exceptional customer service. • Minimum 1 year of Dubai Real Estate Rental experience . • Arabic speaking is mandatory. • Female candidates preferred. • Experience using Property Finder and Bayut . • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong customer relationship management abilities. • Ability to work in a target-driven environment. • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
