Real Estate Accountant

**Job Title:** Real Estate Accountant **Job Description:** Levels Real Estate is looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented **Accountant** to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and preferably previous experience working in a real estate company. The accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and monitoring property\-related income, expenses, commissions, and payments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Record and manage daily financial transactions * Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries * Monitor rental income, sales commissions, deposits, and company expenses * Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable * Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records * Process employee salaries, commissions, and reimbursements * Follow up on outstanding client and supplier payments * Assist with budgeting, cash\-flow monitoring, and financial forecasting * Maintain proper documentation for contracts and property transactions * Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures * Coordinate with management, auditors, banks, suppliers, and clients **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of accounting experience * Real estate accounting experience is preferred * Good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Knowledge of Qatar accounting practices is an advantage * Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred **Job Type:** Full\-time **Location:** Doha, Qatar Interested candidates may apply through Indeed by submitting their updated CV.
