RCM Manager

Criteria * Manage and supervise all revenue cycle functions: registration, eligibility verification, charge capture, coding, billing, claims submission, payment posting, and collections. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred). * 5\+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or hospital finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role. * Strong knowledge of medical billing/coding systems, insurance claim processes, and payer requirements. * Experience with hospital information systems (HIS) and revenue cycle software. * Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. * Familiarity with local healthcare regulations (e.g., Kuwait MOH, insurance regulatory bodies) is a plus. Key Skills * Denial management \& appeals * Insurance contract knowledge * Financial reporting \& analytics * Team leadership * Process improvement / Six Sigma (a plus) * ERP/HIS systems proficiency * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Days in Accounts Receivable (AR), denial rates, clean claim rate, net collection rate, and cash flow targets. * Identify and resolve bottlenecks causing claim denials, underpayments, or delayed reimbursements. * Ensure compliance with payer contracts, insurance regulations, and healthcare billing/coding standards (e.g., CPT, ICD\-10, local MOH regulations). * Lead, train, and evaluate revenue cycle staff (billing, coding, collections, insurance teams). * Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure accurate charge capture and documentation supporting billed services. * Manage relationships with insurance companies/payers, including contract negotiations and dispute resolution. * Analyze revenue trends and prepare regular reports for senior management. * Implement process improvements and revenue cycle technology/systems to increase efficiency. * Oversee patient billing inquiries and ensure a smooth patient financial experience. * Ensure adherence to internal audit and compliance standards to minimize revenue leakage.
