Radiology Coordinator

Royal Bahrain Hospital is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Radiology Coordinator** to join our team. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate the daily operations and activities of the Radiology Department. * Manage and coordinate radiology appointments, patient schedules, and workflow. * Liaise with radiologists, radiographers, nurses, physicians, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. * Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and departmental coverage. * Ensure patient records, reports, and documentation are properly maintained and coordinated. * Assist in resolving patient concerns and ensure a high standard of patient service. * Coordinate equipment maintenance requests and follow up with relevant departments or vendors. * Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. * Prepare departmental reports and support management with administrative and operational requirements. * Assist the Radiology Department Head in improving workflow efficiency and patient experience. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Radiology, or a related field. * Previous experience in a healthcare or radiology department is preferred. * Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced healthcare environment. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and healthcare information systems. * Experience in patient coordination and departmental administration will be an advantage. **Location:** Bahrain **Job Type:** Full\-Time Experience: * Radiology Coordinator: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
