Radio Network Performance Senior Expert for Global Unit (SCU)

**Join our Team** ----------------- **About this opportunity** Based in the Business Area Cloud Software and Services (BCSS), Service Area Cognitive Network Solutions (SA CNS), you will join a global Strategic Competence Unit (SCU) specializing in Radio Access Network (RAN) and end\-to\-end Network Design and Optimization (NDO). You will work with advanced mobile technologies (5G and beyond) and diverse customers worldwide, solving complex network challenges and shaping network evolution. This is a senior, customer\-facing expert role in a collaborative, inclusive team that values continuous learning, knowledge sharing and long\-term development. **What you will do** * Lead and contribute to the delivery of advanced NDO services for customer networks. * Engage with customer technical teams and senior leaders to understand needs and agree on solutions. * Analyze network data and recommend improvements to capacity, performance and end\-user experience across the full mobile ecosystem. * Define, present and support customer approval of technical solutions, managing expectations on scope, time and cost. * Drive and support implementation of agreed solutions in live networks. * Document solutions, share knowledge and mentor colleagues to build team capability. * Provide feedback and ideas to Product Management to enhance the NDO portfolio. **You will bring** * Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or IT, or equivalent practical experience. * Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in ICT Industry with experience in service delivery (experience in pre\-sales will be a plus). * Deep RAN expertise (mobile network technology, radio interface, features, algorithms, parameters) and strong hands\-on NDO experience. * Technical knowledge in several of: 4G, 5G NSA/SA, VoNR, MBB/FWA, RAN Sharing/MOCN, Cloud\-RAN, and use of ML/AI in NDO services. * Strong data analytics skills, using statistical methods and tools to interpret and correlate network data. * Proven track record in advanced RAN analysis and studies, providing recommendations and developing technical proposals to improve network performance and guiding network evolution. * Understanding of end\-to\-end services (devices, RAN, transport, core) and how they impact user experience and customer business outcomes. * Clear and confident communication skills, able to explain technical topics and influence stakeholders up to CTO level. * Experience leading technical teams in complex customer projects, fostering collaboration. * High level of initiative, capability to work under challenging circumstances, and focus on quality, customer value and on\-time delivery. * Proficiency in English (spoken and written). * Willingness to be based in KSA, with some travel ability in line with business needs. **Why join Ericsson?**At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
