R&D or Production Manager - dry-mix mortar and construction chemicals manufacturing

We are currently looking to recruit a highly experienced Production Manager or R\&D Manager to join our company in Saudi Arabia. We are specifically looking for candidates with direct experience in our industry. The requirements are as follows: 1\. Educational background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 2\. Minimum of 5\+ years of hands\-on experience in the building materials and construction chemicals industry. 3\. Direct experience with waterproofing products, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in dry\-mix products and manufacturing. 4\. Strong experience in developing formulations, improving existing products, and developing new products. 5\. Ability to prepare samples, conduct laboratory trials and testing, and evaluate product performance. 6\. Experience in scaling formulations from laboratory trials to full industrial production and making the necessary adjustments during manufacturing. 7\. Strong knowledge of raw materials used in construction chemicals and their effects on product performance and quality. 8\. Previous hands\-on experience in a factory or company specializing specifically in construction chemicals is mandatory and extremely important to us. 9\. Ability to manage and oversee production, R\&D, and quality control (QC) activities. 10\. Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including identifying and resolving production issues and making necessary formulation adjustments. 11\. Experience with products such as tile adhesives, putty, grouts, waterproofing systems, bonding agents, and polymer\-modified cementitious products is highly preferred. 12\. Strong preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in dry\-mix mortar and construction chemicals manufacturing. Pay: From ﷼10,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
