**We’re Hiring** National Medical Consumables industries (Natmed) is expanding and seeking talented professional from diverse backgrounds to join our growing career in Kuwait. **Role Summary:** Natmed is seeking a motivated and detailed oriented Quotations / Sales Administrator to support our sales operations who can join immediately. Managing quotations, coordinating commercial activities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless administrative support across the sales division. Strong Microsoft Excel analytical skills for sales reporting, data analysis and management reporting. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and follow up on quotations * Coordinate with customers, suppliers \& internal departments * Support the sales team with administrative tasks * Maintain accurate records and documentation * Handle inquiries and correspondence professionally * Prepare and analyze sales reports * Monitor sales performance, quotations status and key sales metrics * Ensure timely updating of records in SAP and internal systems * Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail **Basic Qualifications** * 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Quotation Preparation, Sales Coordination, or Data Analysis * Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of SAP is an advantage * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Send your updated CV to: Work Location: In person
