Quarry supervisor

• Oversee daily quarry operations, ensuring efficient extraction and production targets are met safely and on schedule. • Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments. • Manage and supervise a diverse team of quarry workers, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback. • Coordinate the operation and maintenance of heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime. • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field is highly preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quarrying or open-pit mining operations. • Hold relevant certifications such as a Blasting Certificate or First Aid/CPR. • Demonstrated expertise in operating and maintaining heavy mining equipment.
