Quantity Surveyor

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Building Supervision team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects by assisting with cost control, contract administration, valuations, and reporting activities. • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering. • 7 10 years of relevant experience. • Experience on building construction supervision or consultancy projects. • Working knowledge of FIDIC contracts and standard forms of contract. • Experience with measurements, valuations, and cost reporting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commercial management software. • Strong analytical, communication, and organisation skills. • UAE or GCC experience is highly desirable.
