Quantity Surveyor (Swimming Pool Experience Mandatory)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor with **mandatory experience in swimming pool projects**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing BOQs, and ensuring cost\-effective execution of projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and evaluate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for swimming pool and water feature projects * Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control * Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents * Monitor project progress and prepare cost reports * Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage variations * Ensure projects are completed within budget and contractual requirements **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying * GCC Experience is mandatory * Minimum 5 years of experience, with **proven swimming pool project experience (mandatory)** * Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost control * Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel * Good communication and negotiation skills **Preferred:** * Immediate joiners preferred Pay: From RO400\.000 per month Experience: * swimming pool and water feature: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
