Quantity surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Key Responsibilities • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents. • Analyze project costs and monitor budgets throughout project execution. • Prepare tender documentation and assist in the procurement process. • Measure completed work and prepare interim valuations and final accounts. • Assess and manage project variations, change orders, and claims. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective cost control. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and local regulations. • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UAE. • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and project budgeting. • Experience preparing BOQs, tender documentation, and cost reports. • Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Fluency in English is required. • Competitive salary; • Official UAE employment status; • Comprehensive medical insurance coverage; Working schedule 6 days per week from Monday to Saturday and Sunday is off.
