This unique project consists of major mixed\-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Delivers cost management services across the full project lifecycle, supporting both new and ongoing commissions. Applies strong technical expertise and professional capability to achieve successful outcomes across a range of sectors and specialisms. **You’ll be responsible for:** * Managing all post\-contract quantity surveying and commercial activities across the project. • Administering construction contracts and ensuring contractual compliance by all parties. • Preparing, reviewing, and assessing interim payment applications and payment certifications. • Evaluating variations, change orders, claims, and extension of time submissions. • Conducting cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. • Monitoring project budgets and identifying commercial risks and mitigation measures. • Supporting the preparation of monthly commercial reports and cost dashboards. • Reviewing contractor valuations and ensuring accurate financial records are maintained. • Providing commercial advice to project stakeholders and supporting informed decision\-making. • Collaborating closely with project management, design, and construction teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved. • Contributing to the maintenance of robust cost control procedures and governance frameworks **You'll need to have:** • Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent qualification. • Strong commercial acumen with contract administration and cost management expertise. • Proven stakeholder management experience and understanding of sustainability principles. **Our values** **Safety first \- Going home safe and well:** We champion a safe, diverse, and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of well\-being in every team. **Client focus \- Deliver on our promise:** We own the quality of deliverables and strategic outcomes and build long\-term relationships with our clients. **Integrity \- Always do the right thing:** We influence positive outcomes within our industry while always aligning with our compliance obligations. **Create opportunity \- For our people to excel:** We champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities, inspiring our people and teams to develop.
