QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Interior Designing/Fit Out)

QUANTITY SURVEYOR – INTERIOR DESIGN \& FIT\-OUT **Location:** Qatar We are looking for an experienced **Quantity Surveyor** with strong experience in **interior design, fit\-out, and finishing projects** to manage cost estimation, quantity take\-offs, tendering, and commercial aspects of projects. **Key Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * **5\+ years of relevant experience**, preferably within Qatar/GCC. * Proven experience in **interior fit\-out, renovation, finishing, and commercial projects**. * Strong knowledge of quantity take\-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, and project costing. * Experience in preparing and reviewing **tenders, quotations, subcontractor comparisons, and commercial proposals**. * Ability to measure and quantify architectural, civil, MEP, joinery, flooring, ceiling, painting, and other fit\-out works. * Experience in **variations, valuations, interim payments, final accounts, and cost control**. * Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and fit\-out works. * Ability to review drawings and coordinate with designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Excel, and relevant QS/estimating software**. * Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and reporting skills. * **Qatar/GCC fit\-out experience is highly preferred.** * Immediate availability is an advantage.
