Job description
**Drawlines Engineering Consult** is looking for **Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)** in **Doha\-Qatar**
**Requirements:**
* 5–8 years of experience in Electrical Quantity Surveying.
* Previous experience in project closeout/final account activities is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQ reconciliation, and commercial documentation.
* Experience in large\-scale construction projects preferred.
* Immediate availability preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Finalization of electrical quantities, measurements, and final accounts.
* Review, reconciliation, and closure of variations, claims, and payment certifications.
* Settlement of subcontractor and supplier final accounts.
* Preparation and submission of project closeout commercial documentation.
* Coordination with project, contracts, procurement, and finance teams for commercial closure.
* Support audit requirements and document archiving related to project completion.
