TalentHive Saudi Arabia (On-site) Hiring: Quantity Surveyor Civil & Quantity Surveyor MEP Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Dammam, or Jeddah) Up to SAR 14,000 Total Package (Inclusive of Base Salary & Allowances) Full-Time A leading organization in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire experienced Quantity Surveyors for both Civil and MEP disciplines to support ongoing commercial and project operations across multiple projects. We are seeking commercially focused professionals with strong experience in cost control, payment verification, subcontractor management, financial reconciliation, and contractual compliance within construction environments. Open Positions: Quantity Surveyor Civil Quantity Surveyor MEP Key Responsibilities: Review and verify subcontractor and supplier invoices for contractual compliance Validate quantities, BOQ items, unit rates, and payment applications Support cost control, financial reconciliation, and commercial reporting Coordinate with project teams, procurement, finance, and commercial departments Identify payment discrepancies, cost variances, and non-compliance issues Support audits, financial closeouts, and centralized commercial reporting Ensure accurate documentation and commercial record management Liaise with site teams to validate completed work and material deliveries The role involves close coordination with Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Contracts, and Project Operations teams to support overall commercial governance and project financial control. Requirements : 10+ years of Quantity Surveying experience within construction projects Strong experience in either Civil or MEP quantity surveying Saudi Arabia project experience is highly preferred Strong understanding of BOQ, subcontract management, cost control, and payment certification Experience working with contractors, consultants, or large-scale project environments Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines Bachelor s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline preferred Preferred Background: Building Construction Infrastructure Projects Commercial Developments Industrial or Mixed-Use Projects Large Contractor or PMC Environments Key Skills: Cost Control & Commercial Management Payment Verification & Financial Reconciliation Contract Administration Technical Report Writing Commercial Coordination Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills If you are currently based in Riyadh, Dammam, or Jeddah and meet the above criteria, we would like to hear from you.
