Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

**Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans * Lead tendering, bidding, and contract negotiation processes * Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance * Manage variations, claims, and change orders * Prepare and certify interim valuations, final accounts, and payments * Advise project teams on cost control, value engineering, and risk management * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders * Review subcontractor quotations and manage subcontract packages * Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks * Support dispute resolution, claims defense, and negotiations * Provide regular cost reports to senior management and clients **Qualifications \& Skills:** * The candidate must have Degree in Civil Engineering * Around 5\-7 years’ experience of working in similar role and industry in Oman or in any other GCC countries * Must be presentable and smart with strong communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * The candidate available in Oman will be preferred Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
