**Trainee Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer – BIM 4D \& 5D Simulation** **On\-the\-Job Training Program \| Seero** Seero is looking for a motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor or Civil Engineering graduate to join our On\-the\-Job Training Program, with a focused development path in 4D and 5D BIM simulation. This is a unique opportunity to grow at the intersection of cost management, scheduling, and digital construction technology. **About the Program** This isn't a typical entry\-level role. You'll be embedded within Seero's BIM and project delivery team, receiving structured mentorship and hands\-on training in cutting\-edge 4D (time\-linked) and 5D (cost\-linked) BIM simulation workflows. By the end of the program, you'll be equipped to bridge the gap between quantity surveying, project planning, and BIM modelling — a rare and highly sought\-after skill set in the industry. **What You'll Learn \& Do** * Develop practical skills in 4D BIM simulation — linking project schedules to 3D models to visualize construction sequencing * Develop skills in 5D BIM — integrating cost data and BOQs into the BIM environment for real\-time cost tracking and forecasting * Work with Primavera P6 to build and manage project schedules and link them to BIM models * Support quantity takeoffs, BOQ preparation, and cost planning on live projects * Learn to work with Revit models to extract quantities and understand model\-based cost estimation * Collaborate with BIM modelers, planners, and QS teams to ensure data consistency across disciplines * Contribute to the development of Seero's internal BIM\-QS workflows and best practices **What We're Looking For** * Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates welcome) * Strong foundational knowledge in quantity surveying principles, BOQ preparation, and cost management * Familiarity with Primavera P6 or a strong willingness to learn * Knowledge of Revit or any BIM authoring tool is a significant advantage * Understanding of BIM concepts (even at a basic level) is a plus * Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail * Self\-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced, tech\-driven environment * Good communication skills in English **Experience:** Not required — your academic background, attitude, and potential matter most to us.
