Quality controller

**Salvis Central Kitchen** is looking for an experienced **Quality Controller** to join our team in Bahrain. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and maintain **food quality, hygiene, and food safety standards** across the Central Kitchen * Conduct regular inspections of food preparation, production, storage, and dispatch areas * Ensure compliance with **HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures** * Monitor temperature controls, storage conditions, expiry dates, and product labeling * Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance * Maintain quality\-control records, checklists, and required documentation * Identify non\-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions * Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and personal hygiene practices * Conduct staff awareness/training on food safety and hygiene requirements * Coordinate with Kitchen, Operations, Purchasing, and Management on quality\-related matters * Support internal and external food safety inspections and audits **Requirements:** * Minimum **3–4 years of experience** in a similar Quality Control/Food Safety role * Experience in **Central Kitchen, Catering, Restaurant, Café, or Food Production** environments preferred * Good knowledge of **HACCP and food safety standards** * Strong attention to detail and documentation skills * Candidates with relevant food safety/quality qualifications will be preferred * Bahrain experience is an advantage **Salary Range: BD 400–600**, depending on experience and qualifications **Location:** Bahrain **Company:** Salvis Central Kitchen **Qualified candidates may send their CV to:** **** Pay: BD400\.000 \- BD600\.000 per month Work Location: In person
