Quality Assurance (QA) Officer

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications. • Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. • Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing, to uncover issues. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies, recommending and implementing enhancements. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • Possession of relevant certifications such as ISTQB Foundation Level or Advanced certifications. • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance. • Proven experience in testing within the [Specify Industry, e.g., FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce] sector.
