Quality Assurance Officer

**Company:** Cocoon Cosmetics LLC **Location:** Ajman, UAE **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Application Period:** Applications will remain open for 24 hours. **Job Summary** Cocoon Cosmetics LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s quality management system. The role will assist in ensuring that manufacturing, packaging, documentation, and related factory operations comply with approved procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), internal quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Review batch manufacturing and packaging records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. * Perform line clearance checks before manufacturing and packaging activities. * Monitor production and packaging operations for compliance with GMP and approved procedures. * Verify product labels, batch numbers, expiry dates, coding, and packaging materials. * Identify and report deviations, documentation errors, quality defects, and non\-conformances. * Support deviation investigations, root\-cause analysis, CAPA, and change\-control activities. * Maintain controlled documents, SOPs, forms, logbooks, and quality records. * Support internal audits, factory inspections, and regulatory inspections. * Monitor hygiene, personnel practices, housekeeping, and GMP compliance within the factory. * Assist with product complaint investigations and quality follow\-up. * Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, and other departments. * Support GMP training and quality\-awareness activities. * Ensure that all quality records are properly completed, filed, and archived. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field. * Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of QA or QC experience may apply. * Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices. * Previous experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, personal care, or FMCG manufacturing is preferred. * Basic understanding of batch records, SOPs, deviations, CAPA, and document control. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify documentation and compliance issues. * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. * Good written and spoken Arabic and English. * Able to prepare quality documents and reports in English. * Good communication, organization, and problem\-solving skills. * Able to work in Ajman. * Immediate availability is preferred.
