QS (Estimator)-Marble & Granite

**Skills Required** * BE/Diploma (Architect/Interior/Civil) Or any equivalent technical degree. * Excellent knowledge of various types of marbles/granite/stones etc. * Strong skills with AutoCAD and MS Excel * Ability to read, interpret and draw detailed drawings **Key responsibilities:** * Assess and analyze drawings, BOQ and provided relevant information, to prepare costing/estimate based on the provided information against any inquiry or tender. And work out the final quotation/tender. Develop detailed cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Analyze of tender / enquiry documents, scope of work, BOQ, client’s requirement from the tender documents for proper estimating works * Experience of working on drawings, site layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and details * Excellent knowledge of various types of stone materials, their requisition and quality control. * Attending and representing the Company in site meetings; providing replies to customer’s queries and provide solutions. * Knowledge and ability to provide customers with alternate/value engineered solutions * Time to time, whenever required, make visit to suppliers to obtain best quality materials * Well versed on various fixing methods of stone, for wall cladding and flooring etc Pay: BD800\.000 \- BD1,000\.000 per month Application Question(s): * How is your knowledge of various types of marbles/granite/stones etc?
