Job description

**Position:** QS Engineer **Nationality:** Arab **Education \& Qualification** * Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. **Experience Required** * Up to 10 years of relevant experience. * Fresh graduates with a high CGPA are welcome to apply. **Key Requirements \& Responsibilities** * Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take\-offs, and material take\-offs. * Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control. * Prepare tender documents and evaluate vendor/subcontractor proposals. * Prepare technical/commercial bid proposals. * Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents. * Track variations, valuations, and payment certificates. * Monitor project costs against budget. * Familiarity with FIDIC or other standard contract forms. * Collaborate with procurement, design, and site teams. **How to Apply** * Contact: \ * No calls – WhatsApp messages only. * Please send your updated CV via WhatsApp, and make sure to include the Position Name you are applying for along with your CV. **Important Note** This opportunity is open to Arab applicants only.
