QHSE Manager - Residential

We are seeking a QHSE Manager Residential with extensive oil and gas industry experience for our client in Kuwait. Position Overview: The QHSE Manager Residential will lead and manage all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs to ensure safe and compliant operations across drilling and support facilities. Key Responsibilities: QHSE Management: Develop, implement, and maintain integrated QHSE management systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor QHSE performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Compliance & Risk Management: Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Ensure emergency preparedness and response programs are maintained. Training & Awareness: Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Deliver QHSE training and competency development programs. Ensure personnel comply with safe work practices. Leadership: Lead QHSE teams and coordinate with operational departments. Interface with regulatory authorities, clients, and contractors. Prepare QHSE reports and performance metrics. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline. Minimum 8+ years of QHSE experience within drilling, oil & gas, or heavy industrial operations. At least 3 years in a QHSE leadership role. Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and management systems. Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred. Excellent communication skills in English.
