QC Piping Inspector

· Carrying out Inspection activities as per approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Project Specifications, QC procedures aand applicable Codes. · Perform visual and physical inspections of piping systems to identify defects, damages, or compliance issues with safety and quality standards. · Read and interpret technical drawings to verify that installations are performed according to specifications. · Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken, which are essential for quality assurance and regulatory compliance. · Make recommendations for repairs or replacements if defects are found and oversee the implementation of these solutions. · Identify potential areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain high\-quality standards. · Record and endorse reports of inspection an test witness and compile scope files to identify inspection status. · Report on defective work and non\-conformities, assit in identfying root causes of problems. · Monitor requirements for storage and preservation of materials and equipment. · Identify potential areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain high\-quality standards. · Inspection of Incoming raw materials \& Review of materials Mill test certificates. · Inspect the incoming fabricated Spools on Shop and site. Trace the Tag and verify with Delivery Notes, · Review of Hydro Packages and witness the Hydro test and Layup Activities . Reviewing of quality control documents for final clearance of spools Work Location: In person
