QC Engineer

A leading **Construction Company** in the KSA is seeking to hire a highly experienced **QA/QC Engineer** to join our project team. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in **Civil Engineering**. * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in the construction industry. * Proven experience in **high\-rise buildings, residential, commercial, and mixed\-use projects**. * Thorough knowledge of **QA/QC procedures**, Inspection \& Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Material Submittals, Shop Drawings, and MIR/WIR processes. * Experience in coordinating with **consultants, clients, and authorities**. * Strong understanding of **ISO 9001 Quality Management System** and implementation of project quality plans. * Experience in conducting internal quality audits and preparing NCRs, CARs, and corrective/preventive action reports. * Ability to review and approve material inspections and work inspections. * Knowledge of UAE construction codes, specifications, and international standards (ASTM, BS, ACI, etc.). * Excellent reporting, documentation, and communication skills. * Proficient in **MS Office, AutoCAD**, and document control systems. * Ability to manage quality inspections throughout all project phases, from excavation to final handover. * Strong leadership and coordination skills with subcontractors and site teams. * Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. * Available for immediate joining is preferred. Key Responsibilities: * Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan. * Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards. * Conduct daily site inspections and coordinate WIRs/MIRs with consultants. * Monitor subcontractors' quality performance. * Prepare and close NCRs, observations, and corrective actions. * Review material approvals, shop drawings, and method statements. * Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities. * Maintain quality records and project documentation. * Participate in internal and external quality audits. * Ensure successful project quality compliance until final handover.
