**Job Description – QA/QC Representative (Site) – Oil \& Gas** **Position:** QA/QC Representative (Site) **Location:** Qatar **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **QA/QC Representative (Site)** to join our Oil \& Gas project team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, client requirements, and applicable international codes. The role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring quality control activities, maintaining project quality documentation, and coordinating with construction teams to ensure successful project delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards. * Monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Control Procedures. * Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, third\-party inspectors, and subcontractors. * Review and verify material inspection reports, test certificates, and quality documentation. * Prepare, maintain, and update QA/QC records, inspection reports, and quality dossiers. * Raise and monitor Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented. * Witness testing, pre\-commissioning, and commissioning activities as required. * Participate in internal and external quality audits. * Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and HSE teams to resolve quality\-related issues. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for project management. * Ensure compliance with the Project Quality Management System (QMS), client requirements, and applicable international standards. * Promote continuous improvement in quality performance across the project. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in **Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Civil Engineering**, or an equivalent discipline. * Minimum **10 years of experience** in the Oil \& Gas industry. * Proven experience in **site quality inspection, quality control, and project documentation**. * Experience working on **EPIC** or major Oil \& Gas projects is preferred. * Strong knowledge of Inspection \& Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and inspection documentation. * Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 9001, ASME, API, ASTM, IEC, and client specifications. * Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
